CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER CUPS

Preparation




  1. Add peanut butter, maple syrup, coconut flour, and a dash of kosher salt to a mixing bowl, mixing until well incorporated

  2. Melt your chocolate however you like until fully melted. Pour 1 tsp in each cup to cover the bottom*

  3. Add 1/2 tbsp of the peanut butter mixture to each cup. Once filled, top peanut butter with 1 tsp of chocolate and a pinch of kosher salt

  4. Place in the freezer until frozen. Once frozen, they are ready to eat!


NOTE* - Depending on the size of the cups will determine the amount of chocolate you are going to pour. No matter the cup, be sure to cover the bottom with chocolate
