Stir Fry:

1/2 lb shrimp peeled, deveined & rinsed

3 tbsp olive oil

1 red bell pepper diced

1 carrot diced

1 white onion diced

2 green onion sliced

1 head of broccoli florets

1 packet udon stir fry cooked according to package

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste

Red pepper flakes to taste

1/4 cup cashews


Sauce:

2 tbsp peanut butter

2 tbsp tamari

1/2 lime juiced

1 tbsp honey

1 tsp chili crisp, for heat
